Broiled Tomatoes with Goat’s Feta

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe tomato, chef’s choice sliced into half moons
  • 2 ozs. goat’s milk Feta cheese
  • California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil as desired
  • Saba as desired
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper

Directions


  1. Arrange sliced tomatoes on platter, top with cheese.
  2. Broil at high heat for 2 minutes or as needed until cheese just begins to brown.
  3. Slide onto plate and season with California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil, Saba, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
