Ingredients
2 cups whole natural almonds
3 tsp
California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil
3 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp lime zest, freshly grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 250˚F.
Stir all ingredients except lime zest in a medium mixing bowl until well-combined.
Pour onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring once. Remove and immediately sprinkle with lime zest.
Serve or cool completely and store in an airtight container.
