Cumin-Lime Almonds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole natural almonds
  • 3 tsp California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp lime zest, freshly grated

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 250˚F.
    2. Stir all ingredients except lime zest in a medium mixing bowl until well-combined.  
    3. Pour onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
    4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring once.  Remove and immediately sprinkle with lime zest. 
    5. Serve or cool completely and store in an airtight container.
