Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe plum tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup California Olive Ranch EVOO
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbs tomato paste
  • Sea salt & freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Puree first five ingredients in a blender.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Strain into a small saucepan and gently heat just until warm.
