Ingredients
2 ripe plum tomatoes, roughly chopped
1/2 cup
California Olive Ranch EVOO
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbs tomato paste
Sea salt & freshly ground pepper
Directions
Puree first five ingredients in a blender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Strain into a small saucepan and gently heat just until warm.
