Vanilla Ice Cream with Olive Oil Drizzle and Sea Salt

  • 1/4 cup Straus Family Organic Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Drizzle of fruity extra virgin olive oil
  • Small sprinkle of Pinot Noir-infused Sea Salt, or other fine grained sea salt
  • Scoop ice cream into a chilled martini glass. Drizzle olive oil over top, and finish with a small
  • sprinkle of sea salt. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.

Be Creative 

  • Nutty notes of Arbosana extra virgin olive oil with espresso sea salt, toasted almond slivers
  • Fruity notes of Arbequina extra virgin olive oil with a few blueberries, raspberries and sea salt sprinkle
  • Everyday Fresh extra virgin olive oil, a touch of indulgent balsamic glaze, sea salt sprinkle, salted chocolate curls
