- 1/2 cup California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil (we suggest Arbequina)
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced or pressed
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- Zest of one lemon + 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons za’atar
- Coarse sea salt + pepper to taste
- 1 loaf olive bread
- Mix ingredients and serve with slices of olive bread.
