Greek Lemon Dipping Oil

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil (we suggest Arbequina)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced or pressed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • Zest of one lemon + 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons za’atar
  • Coarse sea salt + pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf olive bread

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients and serve with slices of olive bread.
