Honey, Walnut & Rosemary Dipping Oil

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil (we suggest Arbequina)
  • 1/4 cup raw walnuts, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Coarse sea salt + black pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf rosemary focaccia

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients and serve with pieces of rosemary focaccia.
