- 1/2 cup California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil (we suggest Miller’s Blend)
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, minced
- 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
- 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Coarse sea salt + black pepper to taste
- 1 loaf ciabatta
- Mix ingredients and serve with pieces of ciabatta.
