Vanilla Ice Cream with Olive Oil Drizzle and Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Straus Family Organic Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Drizzle of fruity California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil
  • Small sprinkle of Pinot Noir-infused Sea Salt, or other fine grained sea salt
  • Scoop ice cream into a chilled martini glass. Drizzle California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil over top, and finish with a small
  • sprinkle of sea salt. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
