Meyer Lemon Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Meyer lemon, quartered and seeds removed
  • 1 stalk green garlic or 1 garlic clove
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/3 cup California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine lemon, garlic, salt, and olive oil in a blender and blend until smooth.
