Grilled Scallion and Green Garlic Salsa Verde Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups grilled scallions
  • Half a bunch of parsley leaves
  • 5 leaves of basil
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1/4 cup boquerones
  • 1/8 cup green garlic
  • 1/8 cup mint
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Hand chop everything, then add the California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil and lemon. Season as desired.
