- 1 Meyer lemon, quartered and seeds removed
- 1 stalk green garlic or 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/3 cup California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil
- Combine lemon, garlic, salt, and olive oil in a blender and blend until smooth.
