  • Executive Vice President Assistant

    Provide full-time support and report to two Executive Vice Presidents with day-to-day duties. This is a full-time role, based out of Chico, CA.

    Organize and schedule appointments.Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistance to handle requests and queries from senior managers. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports as needed. Conduct basic internet research on work topics, such as industry trends. Help coordinate logistics for events such as team meetings and new hire interviews. Assist in creating Powerpoint presentations for the internal meetings, with guidance from EVP. Book travel arrangements. Assist by ‘sitting in’ meetings and writing recaps in cases where the EVP cannot be present. Submit and reconcile expense reports. Assist in fulfilling corporate request forms such as IT equipment and business cards. Act as point of contact for internal and external clients. Maintain contact lists. Coordinate select tours of company facilities and farms. Research, place orders and manage inventory of internal marketing, departmental swag, and outward facing gifts. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Other duties as assigned.
    Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. High School diploma required, college degree preferred; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Executive Level Secretary with 2-4 years of experience.  Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Confidentially and effectively execute select personal requests. Valid California drivers license
