When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us. You can track your order directly from that email.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days of the order placement. You can track your order from the Shipping Confirmation email that will be sent to you once your order ships.
Currently we do not ship on the weekends, so orders received on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
We currently ship only to destinations within the continental United States.

Yes, we ship olive oil year-round. During winter months, oil can freeze in transit, but it will not affect the quality of the oil.
If your oil arrives frozen, we recommend giving it time to come back to room temperature, ideally 62°F-75°F. The waxes will dissipate, and the oil will become liquid again. There will be no issues with the product safety seals or caps, they are not affected by a temperature change. It is completely safe to eat.
Yes, it is completely safe to eat. Occasionally, after the oil has come back to room temperature, there will be a cloudy layer at the bottom or even wax particles throughout the bottle. This is completely normal and is not a health or quality concern. It just means that the waxes have not totally re-liquified.
