Chocolate Ice Cream with Olive Oil

1 pint chocolate chocolate chip ice cream
4 to 6 tablespoons California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 teaspoon flake salt, such as Maldon
Divide the ice cream among 4 chilled serving bowls or coupes.
Drizzle each scoop with 1 to 1 ½ tablespoons of the olive oil and a pinch of flake salt. Serve immediately
