Balsamic Glazed Salmon
A no-fuss, and flavor packed way to make salmon. This dish is perfect for an easy,
quick weeknight meal, or as a dinner with guests to impress. Roasted in the oven
with a layer of California Olive Ranch Balsamic Vinaigrette on top, each bite is
infused with flavor. So delicious served over a bed of rice or pasta. This dish may
just earn a spot in your regular meal rotation.
Ingredients
- 1lb of salmon, thawed
- 2 tablespoons California Olive Ranch 100% CA EVOO
- 3 tablespoons California Olive Ranch Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 teaspoon freshly minced garlic
- 1 lemon, sliced for topping
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place salmon on baking tray and brush both sides with California Olive Ranch 100% CA EVOO.
- Place salmon on baking tray, skin side down.
- Place California Olive Ranch Balsamic Vinaigrette and minced garlic over top of salmon, spread evenly.
- Sprinkle salmon with salt.
- Bake salmon in oven for 20 minutes, until albumin (the white stuff) is showing and center is cooked through.
- Squeeze fresh lemon over top of cooked salmon and serve alongside rice or pasta if desired.
