Grilled Scallion and Green Garlic Salsa Verde Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups grilled scallions
- Half a bunch of parsley leaves
- 5 leaves of basil
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/4 cup boquerones
- 1/8 cup green garlic
- 1/8 cup mint
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 1/2 cups California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Hand chop everything, then add the California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil and lemon. Season as desired.
