Olive Oil Waffles

Ingredients

1 ½ cups all purpose flour 1 tablespoon sugar 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt 1 cup 1 large egg 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil - we recommend our Sweet Vanilla Baking Blend

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl combine dry ingredients and mix well. Whisk together wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix together. Add additional milk if the batter is too thick. Spray waffle iron with Sweet Vanilla Baking Blend Spray. Pour batter onto greased waffle iron. Cook until both sides are golden brown. Finish with toppings of your choice, or a spritz of Sweet Vanilla Baking Blend Spray.
